Lara Croft, Temples and Tombs Slot Review
Lara Croft is back swinging into action. Flying across the screen and running through temples.
Many moons have passed since the last Tomb Raider slots from Microgaming and this one is a welcomed breath of fresh graphics, layout and mechanics.
Lara Croft Base Game
Now this a base game that was really enjoyed. The 5×3 reel set up and rolling reels. Always a favourite of mine. We all know the routine, any symbols that form part of a winning line are replaced by new falling symbols. This also increases the multiplier up from x1 to x2, x3 and x5 within that win. Then the multiplier goes back to the start once you hit a losing spin.
Additionally, the Wilds are collected throughout the game and go towards the jackpots that are randomly triggered. The more you collect the higher the chances of triggering.
When these do trigger you get the chance to win either the Grand, Major or Minor jackpots which are worth x15, x100 and x5000 your stake.
Don’t forget these are not progressive jackpots.
The Bonus Round
Three or more books get you into the bonus round. You can get anything from 8 and 32 free spins. And you can re-trigger every time you land 3 scatters. Giving you an additional 8 spins. If you hit it, you can get up to 80, yes 80 free spins in a bonus round!
As with the base game, you get the multiplier with each win. Except it starts on x3 and works up to x15.
Lara Croft Slot Game Summary
I’m not going to lie, the background music to this is a little off-putting. The base music isn’t bad, and given that I like the reel drops, the sounds are spot. But… then Lara starts adding in the odd word and phrase and it just gets a touch too creepy for me. Now I’m not prude, but it’s weird.
Overall it’s a really good game and one that everyone is really going to enjoy.
Put the spins in and as fun as the bonus round is, it’s really worth holding out for that jackpot.
I’ll absolutely be playing this loads on our Casino Live Streaming!
