Betsoft licence suspended. Games pulled

Update: They’re back now but not everywhere so check out your favourite casino…

If you’re a fan of betsoft games you may have noticed they are no longer available at your favourite casino.

Betsoft’s licence was suspended by the Alderney gambling authorities last week.

No reason has yet emerged.

So it appears it will be a while before you  can get your fix of Greedy Goblins, Under the Bed and More Gold Diggin at some casinos (some others have kept the Betsoft games live so it’s worth checking). The full release is below.

The Executive Director of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission has today
issued a Hearing Norice under Regulation 90 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations,
2009 to the above named company which trades as Betsoft Gaming.

In addition the Executive Director has issued a Suspension Notice under Regulation
91 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2009 to the above named company
requiring it to suspend operations immediately.

The above named company must, until the Suspension Notice is cancelled or the
Commissioners of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission have reached a
determination at the conclusion of the hearing convened in accordance with
Regulation 90 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2009 cease to exercise their
Core Services Associate Certificate which means that this company must, from today,
cease to offer gambling specific software to Category 1 eGambling licensees,
Category 2 eGambling licensees and Category 2 Associate Certificate holders.

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission will hear the matters contained in the
Hearing Notice at a Regulatory Hearing which will take place in due course.

In the event that there is a change to this information this notice will be amended. In
